Gameloft has officially announced that Asphalt Legends Unite will be hitting the Nintendo Switch eShop on August 19th. This highly-anticipated expansion, a rebranding of the free-to-play title Asphalt 9: Legends, was initially slated for release in July but was delayed for Switch. To make it up to players, Gameloft is offering multiple gifts to Switch players, making the launch even more exciting.

Asphalt Legends Unite marks the first chapter in the series to introduce cross-platform gameplay, allowing players to compete with others across different devices. In addition to this, players can look forward to a new co-op game mode where two teams will engage in a thrilling police chase. The game engine has been significantly improved, and there will be a brand new user interface (UI) and in-game heads-up display (HUD) to enhance the overall gaming experience.

Upon the release of Asphalt Legends Unite, Switch players will have the opportunity to claim various rewards until September 11th. These rewards include 30 Blueprints for the Nissan 370z Neon Edition, 10 Unite Launch I Packs, 10 Unite Launch II Packs, 750 Tokens, and 50,000 Credits. Additionally, players will receive daily login bonuses and packs leading up to the deadline. Gameloft is also offering a special gift with previously unreleased cars for the Nintendo Switch, such as the Aston Martin DB12, Lotus E-R9, Maserati MC20 GT2, Nissan GT R Neon Edition, and McMurty Spierling.

In addition to the launch gifts, all Nintendo Switch users will receive bonus items upon logging in, including Blueprints for the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 Roadster and Ultima RS, Drive Syndicate Coins, Tokens, and Credits. Furthermore, compensation will be provided for any issues players faced during the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition to the updated version of Asphalt.
