The recent collaboration between Fallout and Call of Duty has stirred up excitement among fans of both franchises. This crossover comes as Call of Duty tries to keep up with Fortnite’s addition of Fallout skins. While it may not be the most groundbreaking spin on the post-apocalyptic Fallout world, it offers Call of Duty players the opportunity to dress their characters in iconic blue-and-yellow vault dweller jumpsuits.

The Fallout Vault Dweller Tracer Pack includes over 15 items for players to enjoy. This pack features two Fallout-themed gun blueprints, charms, a calling card, decal, emblem, sticker, and loading screens. It even includes references to Task Force 141 from the Modern Warfare series. Players can expect to see more Fallout-inspired items, such as gun camos and charms, as part of an upcoming in-game event from June 20th to June 26th.

Players using the vault dweller skins during the event will receive extra XP as a reward. While some may find the idea of running around in blue jumpsuits entertaining, others may be underwhelmed by the lack of innovation in this crossover. The collaboration seems to be more of a novelty addition rather than a significant game-changer in either franchise.

Although the Fallout x Call of Duty collaboration may not be as groundbreaking as some fans had hoped, it provides a fun twist for players looking to freshen up their gaming experience. While it may not compare to the anticipation of Fallout 5 or new releases from the Call of Duty series, this crossover offers a unique opportunity for fans to enjoy a mashup of two iconic franchises in a new and unexpected way.
