Arc System Works recently unveiled a sneak peek at the upcoming Season Pass 4 for Guilty Gear Strive, introducing new characters to the fighting game. One of the most anticipated additions is Lucy from Netflix’s Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Lucy gained popularity for her unique style and carefree demeanor in the series. Fans can expect to see her in action in Guilty Gear Strive in 2025, bringing her distinctive weaponry and combat techniques to the game. With her cyber whips and hacking skills showcased in Edgerunners, Lucy is sure to make a memorable impact in the world of Strive.
Aside from Lucy, Arc System Works also announced three other fighters joining the roster of Guilty Gear Strive in the upcoming Season Pass 4. Queen Dizzy, a familiar face from Guilty Gear X, is set to make a return in October 2024. Venom, another character from Guilty Gear X, is scheduled to make his debut in early 2025. Additionally, players can look forward to a completely new character named Unika, who will be introduced later in 2025. This lineup indicates that Lucy will be the final character to be released in Season Pass 4, anticipated to arrive in the game towards the middle or end of 2025.
While gameplay footage of the new characters has not been unveiled yet, fans can anticipate unique moves and combat styles from each fighter based on their previous appearances in the Guilty Gear series. Lucy’s inclusion as a guest character opens the door for other exciting crossover characters in the future, hinting at the potential for diverse and engaging gameplay experiences.
